Today, Mirza Dinnayi gave a presentation at the IFHV on “The ongoing Genocide of the Yazidis”.Professor Thielbörger’s presentation addressed the question “Is the Concept of “Essence” of Fundamental Rights mirrored in International Human Rights Law? The conference brought together international academics from various states and high-level representatives of the European institutions, including the European Parliament, as well as advocate generals and judges from the Court of Justice of the European Union and the General Court of the European Union.
