I talked to another person staying there and they said they were there a month earlier and the pool was supposed to be fixed two weeks prior to our stay.
Also, I called the night before we were to arrive and asked all the details including “is there a pool” to which they replied yes!
Majority of the a.c units are outdated and the maint man doesn’t have the proper tools to fix them neither is he certified. NO PICTURES IN ROOMS, TOILETS DONT WORK WELL ROOM HAS A MUSTY SMELL EVEN IF CLEANED. SOME ONE NEEDS TO POP UP ON HIM BECAUSE HE GIVES THE BRAND A AWFUL LOOK.
The pet rooms do not get deep clean as they should often. BILL COLLECTORS CALL FREQUENTLY FOR OWNER ITS ANNOYING TRYING TO DO YOUR JOB LIGHTS BLINKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE LOBBY LIKE A POOR KEPT HOTEL. The room we were assigned had a very musty (possibly smoke) odor and the closet had no door and there was no mirror except in the bathroom.
To make the poor experience worse, we had no maid service for three days!
I don’t know why we didn’t since I saw the maid in our hallway and going into surrounding rooms.
