Hi - my Sky Q box has been stuck on step 1 of 2 of a software update for over 2 hours.
have tried disconnecting from the power but it just goes back to the same place.
And if Dropbox can't keep itself up-to-date, some features may stop working.
I would call Comcast and tell them what is happening.
They might be able to access the logs and the update file remotely. Either way, it is on them and they should take care of it.
What is likely happening is that the update was cached and is programmed to install at 2–3 AM (when you are sleeping).
The update is failing for some reason and is trying again the following night.
